Links from pdfs to additional webBook content are broken

In further process I detected a problem with links from the pdfs sent out to the additional webBook supporting documents.  Some work/some don't.  Not sure what's up with that and need to investigate.

Links work when accessed from web version of the webBook and the full ebook download of the webBook.

    I discovered the problem in the pdf of the 7/19/18 webBook section that was sent out with the email. A repaired version is available in the webBook. All links should work in the repaired version.
