On 7/28/18 I completed the revisions resulting from the review process and got an email out to the 7/19/18 attendees, Church Council, and Board of Elders. Attached were two pdfs -- the Talking Points page and the complete 7/19/18 section.
For pickup on 7/29/18 I put a hardcopy of the email and the Talking Points page in the mailboxes of the email recipients.
I have had a couple of comments from non-meeting attendees appreciating the info.
Note also that Pastor Jason had a revised copy of one of his Congregation Meeting handouts in mailboxes of every member 7/29/18.

Links from pdfs to additional webBook content are broken
In further process I detected a problem with links from the pdfs sent out to the additional webBook supporting documents. Some work/some don't. Not sure what's up with that and need to investigate.
Links work when accessed from web version of the webBook and the full ebook download of the webBook.

7/28/18 Review Results
I met with Peg, Karen, and Greg Fenner to get feedback and input on how to proceed. Peg had emailed out a detailed review of the 7/19/18 section and had typos and content clarification/correction. Pastor Jason had made input responding to Peg's comments. Karen had focused on the talking bullet points page bringing up concern about level of congregation at-large involvement. The major concern of the group was implying broad congregation active participation in the vision development process therefore requiring lots of their time. Actually the process is a concentrated effort by the 12-person Vision Team keeping congregation informed. There are also two broader congregation events in the process. There were also suggested tweaks to the proposed email.
We decided we should:
- Process the revisions identified in the review.
- Get email out to 7/19/18 attendees, Church Council, and Elders with Talking Points and entire 7/19/18 section as pdf attachments.
- In mailboxes of email recipients 7/29/18: hardcopy of the email and the Talking Points page.
Later:
- Create video walking though the 7/19/18 section and let the above email recipients know of the video.
Note that in an earlier Paul/Pastor Jason review we had concluded the for now the webBook should be password protected on the web. This has been done with Username/Password provided in communication emails.
Also of interest -- the reviewers all were working from pdfs and did not go to the web version of the webBook -- interesting.

Out for review by Pastor Jason, Peg Fenner, Karen Vollbracht
I continued to work through 7/19/18 information completing a version that I think might provide value to others. I composed an introductory email and got that to Pastor Jason, Peg, and Karen for review and polishing. I will be creating a video walk through (vBook) of the 7/19/18 information and one question is should we get to others before the vBook is complete or not?
Pastor Jason/Paul Preliminary Review
There was a group discussion meeting Thursday 7/19/18 that created a lot of valuable information. I attempted to capture this information in the webBook and reviewed a preliminary version of the work with Pastor Jason Monday 7/23. In working through a few pieces of the material (not a thorough review) we concluded that it is worth getting a pass out to 7/19/18 meeting attendees, Church Council, the Elders, and Coordination Team. Also we thought sooner rather than later is better. Let's get input from others.
